These potato wedges combine authentic potato flavour with a gentle, warming seasoning: the skins stay on, and the coating bakes up pleasantly crisp and aromatic. Ideal when you need something quick – but still want that deli-style taste. Serve the wedges as a smart side with steak, fish or roasted vegetables, or as a sharing snack with dip, herby quark or aioli.
Use
Cook from frozen. Oven: 25–27 min. (220°C conventional, 200°C fan, Gas 7), preheat, spread in a single layer on a baking tray, turn halfway through. Air fryer: 12–14 min. at 200°C, preheat, shake halfway through, then leave to stand for 1 min. Do not reheat.
