The Siebenschuh Apple-Onion Lard is a traditional spread made from high-quality pork lard and refined with fresh apples (8%) and finely chopped onions (8%). This combination gives the lard a unique, slightly sweet and at the same time hearty taste. The spreadable consistency makes it ideal for direct enjoyment on fresh bread or rolls. It is also excellent for refining hearty dishes, such as fried potatoes or stews, and gives them a special aromatic note. The product contains the antioxidant tocopherol (E306) to preserve the freshness and quality of the lard. With an energy content of 3,564 kJ (867 kcal) per 100 g and a fat content of 94.8 g, of which 43.8 g are saturated fatty acids, it provides plenty of energy. The careful selection of ingredients and the traditional recipe make this apple-onion lard a special delicacy for lovers of hearty spreads.
