The ideal fine starch for baking, desserts, creams, cold dishes, sauces and soups. Store in a cool and dry place. Recipe from the Bauckhof kitchen: Potato dumplings 600g boiled potatoes, 40 g melted butter, 100g potato flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp salt Press the boiled potatoes through a sieve. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Form dumplings from the dough and cook in gently simmering salted water (do not boil) for about 10 minutes. As variations, you can add bacon cubes, cheese cubes or roasted bread cubes. Makes about 12 dumplings
