Use/application/recommended intake

Take two LactoStop 3,300 FCC at the same time as each meal with milk and other lactose-containing products. Depending on the lactose content of the food consumed, you can increase the number of tablets until no more digestive problems occur, but not more than 30 tablets per day. There are differences in lactose intolerance.
