The gray-haired rockrose (Cistus incanus) is a native, almost forgotten, aromatic plant with a balsamic taste. This species of rockrose is extremely polymorphic, meaning that it has a different shape and properties depending on its location. We only harvest plants that have traditionally been used as a home tea.

Our tip

Refine with lemon and honey. Cold, mixed with fruit juices or prepared as iced tea, this tea is an ideal refreshment.

Variation

For a particularly intense, tart-aromatic taste, put the tea herb in a saucepan with cold water, bring the tea to a boil and let it simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid on.

Our Zistrose Organic Tea is also suitable for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers.

Caution

Cystus can leave brown stains on clothing, wood and untreated stone!
