Best before end: see front of pack. Keep frozen at -18°C. Consume on day of purchase if not kept frozen. Do not refreeze. Weight: see pack. Made in the UK.
Cooking instructions: From frozen in a wok or frying pan (4-5 minutes): Heat 15g butter or 10ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Add contents to the pan. Stir fry over a medium heat.
From frozen in the microwave: Place 250g of product in a microwaveable container. Cover with a microwaveable lid.
750W: 4 minutes, 900W: 3 minutes 30 seconds. Leave to stand in the microwave for 1 minute after cooking before removing. Larger quantities of product will require longer cooking times. Season to taste.
