Drink 1 glass/cup of tea 3 times a day.
How and when should you take H&S Schachtelhalmkraut?
1 filter bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the filter bag and squeeze it out gently. Drink the freshly prepared tea.
