Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into approx. 150 - 200 ml of still water or fruit juice and take with or after a meal together with the iodine tablet and the capsule.

• Orthomol Vital f contains carbohydrates, use only under careful metabolic control in case of glucose tolerance disorders. The carbohydrates contained (10.4 g per daily portion) are readily available.
• Orthomol Vital f contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please talk to your doctor before taking it.
