please read this information carefully, because it will help you to use hysan® care spray correctly.

Composition

1 ml hysan care spray contains 0.25 mg sodium hyaluronate, 20.0 mg dexpanthenol, sodium dihydrogen phosphate x 2 H2O, sodium monohydrogen phosphate x 2 H2O, sorbitol and water for injections.

What is hysan care spray used for?
This nasal spray is used for improved moistening, refreshment and care of the nasal mucosa. It is also recommended as a supportive measure for colds.

When should hysan care spray be used?
When staying in dry, air-conditioned environments, after exposure to wind and sun, the nasal mucosa can feel dry. Then it makes sense to use hysan care spray to provide the nose with intensive moisture and thus restore the natural moisture balance. hysan care spray contains the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is also found in the body. It has the special physical property of forming an even, stable and particularly long-lasting moisture film. This means that the moisturising effect lasts for a particularly long time. In addition, hysan care spray contains dexpanthenol, which belongs to the large class of B vitamins. This ingredient meets the nasal mucosa's need for intensive regeneration and sinnvoll supports the moisturising properties of sodium hyaluronate. Due to these special properties, hysan care spray is also particularly suitable as a sinnvoll supplement to therapy with decongestant nasal sprays (or drops) for colds. In this case, hysan care spray should be used beyond the duration of use of the decongestant medicine in order to support optimal regeneration of the nasal mucosa.

How to use hysan care spray?
Only use hysan care spray if the seal on the folding box was intact before first use. Remove the cap before each use. Press the pump until the solution comes out (usually 1 - 2 times). The system is then ready for use for each further application. Insert the spray nozzle into the nostril and pump once, inhaling slightly. Spray 1 - 2 puffs into each nostril several times a day as needed. For hygienic reasons, please wipe the nasal adapter after each use and close it with the protective cap.

Note on use

For hygienic reasons and to avoid possible transmission of infection, each spray should only be used by one person. For production reasons, a small amount of liquid always remains in the bottle.

What other instructions for use should be observed?
In the event of additional other medicinal treatment with nasal spray or nasal drops, a time interval of at least 30 minutes should be observed. hysan care spray should then always be administered last. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure whether and how you can combine several preparations for use in the nose. Due to its preservative-free nature, hysan care spray is particularly well tolerated even with long-term use. You can therefore use it without hesitation even over a longer period of time. Based on the available experience, hysan care spray can also be used in children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.

How often and for how long should hysan care spray be used?
hysan care spray should be dosed individually according to your condition and the recommendation of your doctor or pharmacist. Usually, 1 to 2 puffs of hysan care spray are administered into each nostril three times a day, but it can also be used more often. There are no restrictions on the duration of use. hysan care spray is suitable for continuous use, however, as with all illnesses, you should consult a doctor if symptoms persist.

When should hysan care spray not be used?
hysan care spray should not be used if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

What instructions should be observed for storing hysan care spray?
Do not store above 25°C. Do not use after the expiry date. After opening the bottle, hysan care spray can be used for 6 months. Note the date of opening on the packaging and keep it. Keep out of reach of children.
