Use/Application/Recommended Intake

In case of loss of sweat due to heavy physical exertion or in the tropics, take up to 4 tablets daily with plenty of fluids, depending on the loss of sweat.

1 tablet contains: Sodium chloride Ph.Eur. 225 mg, sodium hydrogen carbonate Ph.Eur. 25 mg, copovidone Ph.Eur., highly dispersed silicon dioxide Ph.Eur.
Salt tablets contain 381.4 mg sodium (69.34% of the recommended daily intake of nutrients according to VO EU1169/2011) with a daily intake of 4 tablets.
