In order to ensure a sufficient long-term supply, regardless of the season and sun exposure, it is recommended to take a suitable vitamin D3 preparation. Since vitamin D can be stored in the fatty tissue as a fat-soluble vitamin, daily consumption is not necessary. Vitagamma D3 2,000 IU contains 50 µg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D3 in one tablet. With regular consumption of one tablet every other day, Vitagamma D3 2,000 IU makes a significant contribution to ensuring your long-term vitamin D supply. Vitagamma D3 2,000 IU should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid with any meal.
