Intended purpose

Contraindications

Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine should not be used if you have previously had a sensitivity to loess preparations. In case of severe kidney dysfunction, you should not take Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine.

There have been no indications of a risk in the use of healing clay as a medical device during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 12 years of age. However, the results of sufficient studies are not yet available. Therefore, the medical device should only be used after consultation with a doctor or other qualified person in a medical profession. There are no restrictions on use for the elderly.

Precautions for use and warnings

If gastrointestinal complaints persist, a doctor should be consulted to rule out serious illnesses.

Interactions

Medicines do not affect the action of Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine. Due to its pronounced ability to bind other substances, Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine should be taken one to two hours before or after taking medicines.

Dosage and method of administration

The following information applies unless your doctor has prescribed Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine differently. The amount and time of ingestion of the healing clay depend on the type of complaint or the therapeutic goal. Please follow the instructions for use, as otherwise Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine will not work properly! To bind cholesterol, fats and pollutants from food, take 1 to 2 measuring spoons with meals. To support intestinal rehabilitation, detoxification and purification, for gastrointestinal complaints, take 1 to 2 measuring spoons twice a day, for more severe complaints the same amount a third time. The powder is stirred into half a glass of water, mineral water or tea and drunk in small sips. A measuring spoon is included in the pack for exact dosing.

Duration of use

Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine should be taken for the duration of the complaints or according to the therapeutic goal. Please note the information under "Precautions".

Application errors and overdose

Immediate measures are usually not necessary, but please inform a doctor. The ability of Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine to bind substances, for example, depends on the amount taken. If you take less than the recommended dose, the effect may be reduced or absent altogether. On the other hand, it does not make sense to compensate for a missed dose by taking twice the single dose.

Side effects

There are no known side effects of Adolf Just's Luvos Healing Clay Microfine. If side effects do occur, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.

Notes and information on the shelf life and storage of the medical device

Shelf life after opening: 36 months. The expiry date of this pack is printed on the bottom. Do not use the pack after this date! Store in the original pack and odourless to protect the contents from moisture and taste impairment.
