1. WHAT IS THUJA EXTERN AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Thuja extern is a homeopathic medicine. Registered homeopathic medicinal product, therefore without indication of a therapeutic indication.

2. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE USING THUJA EXTERN?

Thuja extern must not be used:

• if you are allergic to thuja (arborvitae).
• during pregnancy.

Special care must be taken when using Thuja extern

If the undiluted tincture is used, skin irritation may occur. If symptoms persist, are unclear or new, you should seek medical advice. A doctor experienced in homeopathy will decide whether the medicine can be used in children under 12 years of age. Further information: For external use only.

When using Thuja extern with other medicines

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. The effect of Thuja extern by other medicines is not known so far.

When using Thuja extern with food and drink

The effect of a homeopathic medicine can be adversely affected by generally harmful factors in the lifestyle and by stimulants and luxury foods.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

The preparation must not be used during pregnancy due to the component Thuja Ø. Since there is no sufficiently documented experience with use during breast-feeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Driving and using machines

No special precautions are required.

3. HOW TO USE THUJA EXTERN?

Thuja extern is intended exclusively for external use in the form of rinses and compresses. Please also note the information under "Special care must be taken when using". Homeopathic medicines should not be used for a long period of time without medical advice.

If you have used more Thuja extern than you should

No harmful effects of overdosage are known to date. If you have significantly overdosed on this medicine, you should consult a doctor. Please also note the information under "Special care must be taken when using".

If you forget to use Thuja extern

If an application is missed, the double dose should not be used.

If you stop using Thuja extern

No harmful effects are to be expected if you stop using Thuja extern.

4. WHAT SIDE EFFECTS ARE POSSIBLE?

Like all medicines, Thuja extern can have side effects, although not everybody gets them. No side effects are known to date. Note: When using a homeopathic medicine, the existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial worsening). In this case, you should stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor. Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any side effects.

5. HOW TO STORE THUJA EXTERN?

No special storage conditions are required for this medicine. Keep medicines out of the reach of children. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the container and outer carton.

What Thuja extern contains

The active ingredient is: Thuja Ø 6 g in 10 g (= 11.1 ml) tincture for external use.
The other ingredient is: Ethanol 62% (m/m).

Thuja extern is a tincture for external use. Pack of 20 and 50 ml tincture for external use.
