Consume the contents of one drinking vial once a day. Tighten the screw cap firmly to the stop to the right (see arrows on the screw cap) so that the protective ring springs open on the outside and the nutrient chamber opens inside the lid. The vitamin powder enters the liquid. Shake the drinking vial well. Turn the screw cap to the left to open and drink the liquid.
