Usage/Application/Recommended intake

Daily dose: 3 x 2 capsules = 4 g glucomannan. Drink 3 x 2 capsules daily with 1 - 2 glasses of water so that glucomannan can reach the stomach. To achieve a positive effect as part of a low-calorie diet, take 2 capsules 3 times a day, approx. 15 minutes before each meal. Refigura Pro can be taken over a longer period of time.

Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, adolescents and children. Medications and vitamins should be taken with a time interval of one hour before or four hours after Refigura Pro. Contains glucomannan: Not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties. There is a risk of choking if you have swallowing difficulties and insufficient fluid intake during use.
