Orthomol Fertil plus is a food supplement. It contains important micronutrients for male fertility. Take the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) with or after a meal every day. The daily portion can be taken throughout the day or, if desired, all at once. In order to support the process of sperm production and maturation, which lasts for several weeks, a continuous supply of micronutrients should be ensured. The minimum intake period is 3 months in order to be able to optimally influence each stage of sperm production and maturation. However, Orthomol Fertil plus can and should be taken until the partner becomes pregnant.

• Taking Orthomol Fertil plus may cause the following harmless side effects: yellowing of the urine due to the vitamin B2 content, and in individual cases slight belching due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsules. To avoid belching, it is recommended to take the capsules before going to bed.
