Raised in the clear, cold waters of Icelandic fjords. The slow growth in lower temperatures ensures a particularly fine texture and intense flavour. Sustainable farming – without antibiotics, without genetic engineering, with full traceability.

Perfect for Cooking
Thanks to the fine layer of fat between the skin and the fillet, the salmon remains particularly juicy – ideal for grilling, frying, steaming or poaching.
Recipe tip – quick & brilliant:
Rub salmon fillet with skin with olive oil, sprinkle coarse sea salt over it.
→ First sear on the skin side (approx. 5 min.), then turn briefly (3 min.).
Crispy on the outside, buttery tender on the inside. Perfect with green beans and lime.
