Honey from a good old tradition - beekeepers call it 'Mischblüte' (mixed blossom) - in type, between blossom and forest. A robust honey, collected by bees from the blooming trees and shrubs of the Bavarian summer. The goodness of nature from our Bavarian homeland.

Beekeepered in small quantities and allowed to solidify slowly. This creates a true original type of honey, just like from Grandma's kitchen cupboard back then. For every Breitsamer honey, the highest quality requirements apply – stricter than those stipulated by the German Honey Ordinance – taste, varietal purity, transparent origin, and appreciative relationships with contract beekeepers.

The sweet success story began over 85 years ago with the "kloanen Münchner Milchladerl" (small Munich milk shop) right of the Isar and the additional sale of honey from the family apiary. Then as now, quality and customer satisfaction are Breitsamer's top priority. Whether regional landscape honeys, classic varietal honeys, Fairtrade honeys, or for some time now also German organic honeys, the Breitsamer honey range is diverse and offers something for every honey lover.

In the family business, responsible interaction with people, animals, and nature is very important. Breitsamer is particularly committed to bee-friendly initiatives and thus to the preservation of biodiversity. The natural product honey is naturally unchanged, but design and packaging evolve with the times.

Honey is a natural raw food and therefore not suitable for children under 12 months. Store in a dark place at room temperature.
