Freixenet Carta Medium Dry is a fruity Spanish Cava crafted from Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Featuring a fine perlage, this spritzy sparkling wine delights with balanced notes of peach and honey. With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol., it works wonderfully as an aperitif or alongside light appetizers and desserts. For the best experience, serve well-chilled between 6–8 °C. Description
Freixenet Cava is traditionally made from top wines of the three native grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada from the Penedès wine-growing region in north-eastern Spain. The long-standing ambassador from the house of Freixenet matures on the yeast for at least nine months before it reaches its optimum quality. This Cava presents itself in the glass with its bright, light yellow colour, with an animating bouquet of peach and honey on the nose and a sweet, fruity and tangy taste.
