Description
Freixenet Cava is traditionally made from top-quality wines of the three native grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada from the Penedès wine-growing region in north-eastern Spain. This Cava matures for at least nine months on the lees. It shimmers light yellow in the glass. Its delicate mirabelle plum, citrus and floral nuances create a veritable firework display in the glass. Its taste is a surprise: tangy-fresh, dry and yet fruity, it delights with its pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity.
