The secret lies in the perfect balance between the three crispy wafers, which are refined with a pinch of cocoa (8%), and the smoothness of the two generous layers of cream (75% of the product), which are made from 100% GMO-free Alpine milk, mostly from cows that roam freely and are fed an ideal diet on farms near our factories.
Much of the cocoa used by Loacker comes from their sustainable cocoa farming programme, which aims to improve the quality of this raw material from Ecuador (fine and aromatic) and the Ivory Coast (intensive and earthy).
