Bauckhof demeter Schokokuchen

Bauckhof's Schokokuchen is their first-hour baking mix. Their chocolate baking mix was found on the shelves of numerous organic stores as early as the 1990s. The recipe: dark chocolate with wheat flour and a pinch of cinnamon. Quite simple, but simply good. And even better in Demeter quality. The recipe for the chocolate cake is still as delicious and uncomplicated as it was 30 years ago. Simply add butter, milk and eggs to the chocolate cake or as a vegan chocolate cake with margarine, cornstarch and vegetable drink. Stir, bake, enjoy. It's that easy to make with a Bauckhof cake baking mix.

Did you know? For their Bauckhof chocolate cake, they use Demeter wheat, which is produced in biodynamic farming. Demeter members work according to strict guidelines that are based on Rudolf Steiner's Agricultural Course from 1924. In doing so, the members of the oldest organic association achieve considerably more than the minimum standards of the EU organic seal and thus ensure the sustainable preservation of soil health and biodiversity.
