SEMPIO Miso Soup Paste, dark

Miso soup paste is not only suitable as a starter with tofu and seaweed, but also as a base for noodle dishes such as ramen and udon.

Preparation: 

For 2 people:

1. Bring 400 ml water, 2.5 tbsp miso paste and chili powder to taste to a boil.
2.  Add diced tofu, chopped vegetables and mushrooms as desired and simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
3. Then add chopped red and green chili, spring onions and garlic and simmer covered for another 5 minutes. Season with salt.
4. Prepare rice or noodles according to the package instructions, put them in bowls and fill them up with the soup. Serve and enjoy!
