Our red curry is a classic of Thai cuisine. It consists exclusively of natural ingredients and contains no artificial additives. The chillies for this red Fairtrade curry paste are lovingly cultivated under the warm, hot rays of the Thai sun. No wonder they taste so delicious and spicy. You can prepare such a delicious red curry in just 15 minutes.

THEIR CURRY

The sun is already a little lower, but the heat is still extreme. Chilli producer Khun Orapin carefully picks the ripe red chillies from the bushes with her hands. They are hotter than the green ones and give this red curry its spiciness.

OUR CURRY

We don't have to look far for our dishes from all over the world. Our local people are happy to share their knowledge and their original local recipes with us. The yellow curry is made in Thailand and  freshly packed. This way, more people benefit from the income from Fairtrade.

YOUR CURRY

This curry paste provides the basis for a spicy curry for approx. 3-4 people. For a quick curry in just 15 minutes, we recommend that you first fry fresh vegetables (or meat/ meat substitute) in the knuspr shop in coconut oil in a pan and then add the red curry paste.
