Fast food in a healthy version – the organic rice noodles made from whole grain rice are prepared in just 3 minutes. They are also richer in fiber than white rice noodles.

The organic rice noodles can be used as a base for curry dishes, wok vegetable stir-fries or even salads.

ORIGIN

The banks of the Chi River in northeastern Thailand glow fresh and green in the morning light. During the dry season, this is the perfect place to grow the long-grain rice for the organic rice noodles.

Since our rice producer Khun Wilawan from Surin, northeastern Thailand, grows her rice organically, she uses only natural fertilizers. We support her so that she can continue to work environmentally friendly and organically. The rice is packed in Thailand. This way, more local people benefit from the additional income from fair trade. 

ORIGINAL

Our local advisors have shown the producers that they can also plant the long-grain rice after harvesting the jasmine rice . This means a second harvest for them and thus an additional income. The organic whole grain rice noodles are produced in Bangkok, Thailand, and packed on site. In this way, we transport the original taste directly to your kitchen.

 

IN YOUR KITCHEN

For your noodles, the rice is partially ground and the dough is enriched with bran. This gives them a particularly firm bite – great for quickly preparing an Asian noodle salad, for example. Let yourself be here for a delicious dish!
