The Styrian pumpkin seed oil is the first pressing in Austria (certified organic by Bio-Austria). It is made from the typical shell-less pumpkin seeds. The pumpkin oil gets its strong nutty flavor from the roasting of the seeds: With pumpkin seed oil, it all comes down to the art of roasting the seeds – because only perfectly roasted seeds give the characteristic nutty flavor. The dark green oil is also rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and gives soups and sauces as well as raw salads and desserts a strong nutty flavor.
