Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and quickly pressed at a low temperature. Settling takes place at a low temperature with sulfur dioxide and inoculation with yeast. The alcoholic fermentation between 16-20°C lasts a week, after which the wine is clarified and preserved with noble gas at a low temperature.
