Winemaking: After traditional winemaking, the wine is dealcoholized by vacuum distillation in a spinning cone column. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemicals or heating. It takes at least 30 hours to gently remove the alcohol from the wine. The structure of the wine and its aromatic quality are thus preserved, without the addition of aromas, for an authentic and natural taste.
