Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon. Comes from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, which proves to be an exceptional terroir with limited yields.
Growing area: The Vin de Pays d'Oc growing area is located in the south of France, mainly in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. It stretches from the south of the Côtes du Rhône to Carcassone.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, destemmed, crushed and subjected to a 6-12 day fermentation at controlled temperature (max. 32° C), then gently pressed. The oenologists have selected the best cuvées to preserve the specific aromas of the grape variety.
Soil type: Very diverse throughout the production area.
This cuvée was mainly selected on clay-limestone soils.
