Winemaking: After traditional winemaking, the dealcoholization is carried out by vacuum distillation. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemical products. We proceed with a gentle dealcoholization with very low temperature heating, but very efficient, since its 3 columns allow us to extract the alcohol while preserving the structure of the wine and its aromatic quality, without adding any aromas for an authentic and natural taste.

Nose: A nose full of small aromas of red berries: strawberry, cherry, wild berries.

Taste: A lively and balanced wine.

Recommendations: Best enjoyed as an aperitif, this wine goes perfectly with meals: salads, tapas, mixed grilled meat and vegetables, vegetarian dishes. Its roundness brings it to dessert.
