Description
Fresh organic early potatoes, floury (variety Sunita) from the organic farm Zielke in Vierlinden
One potato weighs up to 140g, so 500g is about 3-4 potatoes
In the small suburb of Görlsdorf, in the municipality of Vierlinden in Brandenburg, vegetables, herbs and potatoes have been grown on the organic farm Zielke since 1992 according to the guidelines of the Bioland Association. The farm is a classic family business, which was recently passed on by Karl-Georg Zielke to his son Conrad and his wife Ina, who continue to run the long-standing traditional organic farm with great heart and passion.
Over the past few years, the cultivated area has grown continuously from 2.5 ha to around 50 ha. In addition to their own potatoes, a wide variety of vegetables and herbs are grown, such as salads, onions, courgettes, fennel, radishes, broccoli, root vegetables and much more. Ina lovingly tends to the farm's greenhouses, where tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers and much more grow. Conrad lives out his passion for arable farming and potato cultivation - an unbeatable team. The farm stands for great organic quality, ultra freshness, family tradition and sustainability. The farm's activities also include the Zielke family's herd of llamas, which brings a smile to the face of every visitor.
