Al Bronzo brings fresh pasta tradition to the kitchen. The pasta dough is slowly pressed through bronze dies with micro-engravings, which create a rough texture on the pasta surface. The particularly rough texture of the Al Bronzo pasta ensures that the pasta retains its shape during cooking and that the favorite sauce adheres better. Selected durum wheat gives Al Bronzo its golden yellow color, contains approx. 14% protein and gives the pasta a unique, full-bodied and slightly roasted taste.
