  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Optional 2 tsp spices like cinnamon or gingerbread spice
  • Cocoa or nut pieces for rolling
  • 200 g Sukkari dates

Preparation

    Pit the dates.

    Finely chop the almonds in a high-speed blender.

    Add the remaining ingredients and blend until a fine mixture forms.

    Form small balls with damp hands.

    Roll the finished balls in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
