INGREDIENTS
- 60 g almonds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Optional 2 tsp spices like cinnamon or gingerbread spice
- Cocoa or nut pieces for rolling
- 200 g Sukkari dates
Preparation
- 1Pit the dates.
- 2Finely chop the almonds in a high-speed blender.
- 3Add the remaining ingredients and blend until a fine mixture forms.
- 4Form small balls with damp hands.
- 5Roll the finished balls in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
