- 2 ripe bananas

- 50 g blueberries
- some sunflower oil for the waffle iron

For the waffle batter, peel two ripe bananas and mash them finely with a fork. Put them in a bowl and mix with 4 eggs and 6 tbsp flour.

Grease the waffle iron with oil and bake 6 waffles from the batter. Enjoy warm or cold.

If desired, you can give the batter a fruity upgrade with a handful of blueberries.
