- 800 g Spätzle from the refrigerated section
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 tsp each sweet and hot paprika powder
- 150 g gratin cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 400 g cream
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 450 g Mediterranean frozen vegetables
Preparation: 15 min. preparation | 22 min. baking
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C. Distribute the Spätzle and vegetables in the baking dish.
- 2Season the minced meat in a bowl with paprika powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper. Mix everything well. Form about 18 small balls from the mixture with your hands and distribute them in the dish. Pour the cream over everything and season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Distribute the cheese evenly over it.
- 3Bake in the oven (middle rack) for approx. 22 min.
