  • 200 g dried soft plums
  • 80 g almonds
  • 40 g sesame
  • 30 g cashews
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

    Place plums, almonds, sesame, cashews, and cocoa in a high-speed blender and blend until a fine, sticky mass forms. If necessary, push the mixture down from the sides in between.

    Line a baking dish approx. 14 x 14 cm with baking paper and add the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly and press down very firmly. Let it set for at least eight hours. Then, cut into slices approx. 2 cm wide and 7 cm long with a sharp knife.
