- 800 g fresh Spätzle from the fridge
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 tsp each sweet and hot paprika powder
- 150 g gratin cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 400 g cream
- 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 450 g frozen Mediterranean vegetables

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the Spätzle and vegetables in the baking dish.

Season the minced meat in a bowl with paprika powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper. Mix everything well. Shape the mixture into approx. 18 small meatballs with your hands and distribute them in the dish. Pour the cream over top and season everything with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Evenly sprinkle the cheese over top.

Bake in the oven (middle rack) for approx. 22 mins.
