Ingredients
- 200 g yogurt or a plant-based alternative
- 150 g raspberries (fresh or thawed)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 package Freche Freunde Fruit Chips Red Berry Mix
- 60 g Freche Freunde Muesli Banana, Apple & Blueberry
Preparation
- 1Place the raspberries in a tall container and finely puree with an immersion blender.
- 2Thoroughly mix the raspberry puree with the yogurt – this creates a fruity raspberry yogurt.
- 3Alternately layer muesli and raspberry yogurt into two glasses. It's best to finish with a layer of yogurt – this looks particularly pretty.
- 4Slice the banana into thin rounds. Then top the glasses with banana slices, some extra muesli, and the fruit chips.
- 5Tip: Also ideal for on-the-go – simply layer into a screw-top jar and store in a cool place.
- 6Extra Variation: Summer Fresh: Add a few mint leaves on top. Autumnal: Instead of raspberries, simply use pureed pear – it tastes mildly sweet and goes great with muesli.
