Terms and Conditions for the "Red Bull Winter Edition Box Raffle 2024"

Raffle by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the raffle organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich, requires the purchase of a Red Bull product during the period from October 8, 2024, to October 21, 2024, in the Knuspr shop and is subject to the following conditions:

Raffle Process
The raffle runs from October 8, 2024, to October 21, 2024, on the Knuspr.de homepage. To participate in the raffle, it is necessary to make a purchase in the Knuspr shop during the period from October 8, 2024, 00:00, to October 21, 2024, 23:59. Each purchase qualifies one person to participate in the raffle once. The winners will be informed by email by October 31, 2024, and will each receive one (1) limited Red Bull Winter Edition Box. Participation in the raffle is only possible through a purchase. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. All purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Participation and Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the raffle is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich, Frankfurt, and surrounding areas (more details can be found at www.knuspr.de). A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Excluded from the raffle are employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies as well as their family members. Participation with the help of automated data processing processes and/or through the involvement of third parties, such as raffle agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example, (a) in the case of manipulations related to access to or the execution of the raffle, (b) in the case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in the case of unfair actions, or (d) in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the raffle.

By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions.

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
The following prizes will be awarded: A total of 5 limited Red Bull Winter Edition Boxes will be awarded over the entire period.

After the participation deadline, 5 winners will be determined: They will be drawn at random.

The determination of the winners takes place as part of a raffle based on the principle of chance among all participants.

The winners of the raffle will be informed of their win by email by October 31, 2024, at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winners. The claim to the prize cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winners are responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winners do not respond within the first 24 hours after being contacted, the prize may be transferred to other participants.

Termination of the Raffle
Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice. The raffle organizer will make use of this option, in particular, if the proper execution of the raffle cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations, for example, through abusive registrations, are detected in individual cases, the participant will be excluded from the raffle.

Data Protection
No new data of the participants will be collected for this raffle. For further information on data protection, we refer to our privacy policy.

Applicable Law

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions.
