Mars BE-KIND Competition:

Competition by Mars GmbH at Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)
Participation in the competition organized by Mars GmbH, Biberger Straße 18, D 82008 Unterhaching requires the purchase of BE-KIND® brand products and is subject to the following conditions.

 

Competition Process
The competition runs from 18.11.2024 to 01.12.2024 and is announced on knuspr.de. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to purchase 3 BE-KIND® products between 18.11.2024, 00:00, and 01.12.2024, 23:59. At least 3 BE-KIND® products must be purchased in one order to participate in the competition. Each purchase qualifies one person to participate in the competition once. Winners will be informed by email by 31.12.2024 and will receive a BE-KIND® fan package. Participation in the competition is only possible by fulfilling the conditions. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. Purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the competition is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, and surrounding areas (more details at www.knuspr.de). A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation. Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from the competition. Participation through automated data processing and/or through third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. The operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example, (a) in the case of manipulations related to access to or the execution of the competition, (b) in the case of violations of these participation conditions, (c) in the case of unfair actions, or (d) in the case of false or misleading information related to participation in the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective participation conditions.Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the PrizeThe following prizes will be awarded:

5 BE-KIND® fan packages, each consisting of:
- 1x BE-KIND® T-shirt
- 1x BE-KIND® sample package
- 1x Apple AirTag
- 1x Xiaomi Smart Band 7

 

After the participation deadline, 5 winners will be determined: They will be drawn at random. The determination of the winners takes place in a draw based on the principle of chance among all participants. The winners of the draw will be informed by email about the prize by 31.12.2024 at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winners. The claim to the prize cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after being contacted, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition
Mars GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer will particularly make use of this option if a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

No new data of the participants will be collected for this competition. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these participation conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining participation conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these participation conditions.
