Organizer and Participation Requirements

The competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich. Participation in the competition requires posting a story or picture of the Knuspr bag on Instagram between 24.06.24, 00:00 and 26.06.24, 23:59, tagging @knuspr.de and two friends.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Großer Kern GmbH in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Munich.

Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these participation conditions, unfair behavior, or false information related to participation.

 

Competition Procedure

The competition runs from 24.06.24, 00:00 to 26.06.24, 23:59. To participate in the competition, a story or picture of your own Knuspr bag must be posted on Instagram within this period, tagging @knuspr.de and two friends. Participation occurs automatically after posting the story. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram by 27.06.24, 12:00 at the latest.

 

Prizes and Prize Notification

The prize: 3 tickets for the EM Round of 16 in Dortmund on 29.06.2024, including an overnight stay

The winners are determined randomly. Prize notification will occur via direct message on Instagram by 27.06.24, 12:00 at the latest. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for the taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.

 

Data Protection

No new data from participants is collected for the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

 

Applicable Law

Questions and complaints related to the competition should be directed to Großer Kern GmbH. Contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.knuspr.de/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision applies. The same applies to loopholes in these participation conditions.
