Terms and Conditions for the Competition "Your Knuspr Picnic Bag"

Competition by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the competition organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich requires being one of the first 1,000 buyers for the delivery area in the Greater Munich area from 25.05.2023 and is subject to the following conditions.

Competition Process

The competition will be announced on 25.05.2023 via the Instagram and Facebook profiles of knuspr.de. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to shop as one of the first 1,000 buyers in the Greater Munich delivery area from 25.05.2023, and then upload a photo of the picnic bag included with the order to your own Instagram or Facebook profile as a post or story by 31.06.2023 at the latest, linking @knuspr.de. Each customer qualifies for participation in the competition only once, regardless of the number of postings. The winner will be informed via their Instagram or Facebook profile by 29.05.23 and will receive Knuspr credits worth €100 credited to their Knuspr customer account after providing Knuspr with the email address to which the credits should be credited upon request.

Participation in the competition is only possible through the process described above. Multiple participation does not increase the chance of winning. All postings after 31.05.2023 will not be considered.

Participation and Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the competition is only possible in the current delivery area of the Greater Munich area of Großer Kern GmbH (more details can be found at www.knuspr.de). A valid address in this delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies as well as their family members are excluded from the competition. Participation using automated data processing processes and/or through the involvement of third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the case of manipulations related to access to or the execution of the competition, (b) in the case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in the case of unfair actions, or (d) in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions.

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The following prizes will be awarded: over the entire period, a total of 1x 100 Knuspr credits worth €100 will be awarded on 31.05.2023.

After the participation deadline, a total of 1 winner will be determined: This will be drawn at random.

The determination of the winners takes place as part of a raffle based on the random principle among all participants.

The winner of the raffle will be informed of the prize by private message via Instagram or Facebook by 1.07.2023 at the latest. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by Großer Kern GmbH. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer will make use of this option, in particular, if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions.
