Organizer and Participation Requirements
The competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich. Participation in the competition requires liking the competition post on Instagram, following the Instagram page of Knuspr.de, and tagging a friend within the promotional period from 20.9.2024, 00:00 to 31.10.2024, 23:59.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Großer Kern GmbH in Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt.
Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these participation conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.

 

Competition Procedure
The competition runs from 20.9.2024, 00:00 to 31.10.2024, 23:59. To participate in the competition, the competition post must be liked on Instagram, the Instagram page of Knuspr.de followed, and a friend tagged within this period. The winner will be notified by private message no later than 05.11.2024.

 

Prizes and Prize Notification
The prize:

• 2x2 tickets to the football match TSG Hoffenheim vs. Eintracht Frankfurt on 25.1.2025, including food and drinks (value per ticket of €325)
• 2x2 tickets to the football match TSG Hoffenheim vs. 1. FSV Mainz 05 on 12.4.2025, including food and drinks (value per ticket of €325)

The winner will be determined by random selection. The prize notification will be sent by private message no later than 05.11.2024. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition
Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.
