In the Westphalian Münsterland, iglo contract farmers sustainably cultivate spinach, cabbage vegetables, and herbs.
Short distances and quick processing ensure that the spinach is frozen in the packaging a maximum of 180 minutes after harvest.
This way, vitamins and nutrients are best preserved, and you can enjoy delicious vegetables all year round, regardless of the season.

Our BLUBB spinach is partially grown in the third generation of family farms in Münsterland with resource awareness.

By keeping transport distances short, we protect the environment - the spinach makes it from the field to the packaging in record time (maximum 180 minutes).

Through quick processing and shock freezing, freshness, vitamins, and minerals are best preserved.
