MOMOTARŌ - is the Japanese legend of a brave young man who, along with his animal companions, saved the world from evil. MOMOTARŌ owes his name to his origin. He was the miracle of a childless couple who one day saw a beautiful peach floating in the river. The woman did not hesitate long, fished the peach out of the water, and when she wanted to share it with her husband, their wished-for child emerged from it. They were blessed with a son whom they loved and taught the power of love.

6cl MOMOTARŌ Akainu, 3cl lemon juice, 1cl raspberry syrup
and, if needed, an egg white. Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a few raspberries and enjoy!
