Competition of Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the competition organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich requires a like plus comment under the competition post as well as subscribing to the Knuspr Instagram channel and the Neoh Instagram channel on Instagram from June 4, 2024, to June 17, 2024, and is subject to the following conditions.

 

Competition Process

The competition runs from June 4, 2024, to June 17, 2024, and will be announced on the knuspr.de Instagram page. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to like and comment under the competition Instagram post between June 4, 2024, 00:00, and June 17, 2024, 23:59. Additionally, the user must subscribe to the Knuspr Instagram channel and the Neoh Instagram channel and be a subscriber of both channels at the time of evaluation. Each like, comment, and subscription qualifies for participation in the competition once per person. The winner will be informed by email by July 30, 2024, and will receive one (1) prize. It is only possible to participate in the competition through the fulfilled conditions on Instagram. Multiple participation does not increase the chance of winning. All likes, comments, and subscriptions received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies as well as their family members are excluded from the competition. Participation with the help of automated data processing and/or through the involvement of third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in case of manipulations related to access to or execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these participation conditions, (c) in case of unfair behavior or (d) in case of false or misleading information related to participation in the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective participation conditions.

 

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The following prizes will be awarded: over the entire period, a total of 1x prize will be awarded on June 30, 2024. This includes the following Neoh products:

After the participation deadline, 1 winner will be determined: This will be drawn at random.

The determination of the winner takes place in the context of a random draw among all participants. The winner of the draw will be informed about the prize via Instagram direct message by June 30, 2024, at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer makes use of this option particularly if a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining participation conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these participation conditions.
