Planet Plant-Based

Healthy Nutrition for You & the Planet

Ida Hemmingsson-Holl is the founder and the face behind Planet Plant-Based, a small team of foodies from Munich. Ida herself is a vegetarian, certified chef, and has a great passion: Delicious food that is good for our health and the planet. All products from Planet Plant-Based are vegan, organic, gluten-free, and therefore perfect for allergy sufferers.

Eat Pasta, run fasta

Treat yourself to the full dose of protein from the best legumes nature has to offer with the pasta and risoni varieties from Planet Plant-Based: Green Pea Penne with Flaxseed, Black Bean Spaghetti, Lentil Cellentani with Flaxseed or Edamame Fettuccine… there's something for every taste. Unlike pasta made from durum wheat, legume noodles contain a high amount of fiber and fewer carbohydrates

Chickpeas in muesli? Yes, absolutely!

Because Ida and her team make granola from chickpeas and sunflower seeds that will blow you and your family away. Super-crunchy, only lightly sweetened with coconut blossom sugar and packed with long-lasting proteins and fibers.

Who brewed the coconut?

Psst… it was Ida. The result is the delicious sweet-salty Coconut Aminos, a seasoning sauce that some say is the better soy sauce. It is definitely an excellent alternative to the well-known soy sauce, as it is gluten-free, low in sodium, and gives sauces, dressings – even desserts – an extra flavor kick. For the Coconut Aminos, organic coconut blossom nectar, sea salt, and water are fermented.

Nut Butter – everything can

The nut and seed butters from Planet Plant-Based are made 100% from organic nuts and seeds, are vegan, gluten-free, and without palm oil. They are so nutty-creamy that we would love to eat them straight from the spoon, yet the butters are absolute all-rounders: The tahini – available from light or black sesame – and the almond butter, for example, give vegetable stir-fries a nice creaminess.
