Terms and Conditions for the Knuspr & Red Bull Competition

1. Organizer & Participation
The competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de) in cooperation with Red Bull Deutschland GmbH. Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, who are located in the current delivery areas of Knuspr (Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and surrounding areas). Only one entry per household is possible. Employees of Red Bull Deutschland GmbH and Großer Kern GmbH as well as employees of affiliated companies according to §§ 15 ff AktG and their respective family members are excluded from participation.

2. Competition Process
The competition takes place from 21.04.2025, 00:01 to 05.05.2025, 23:59 on knuspr.de. To participate, any Red Bull product must be purchased via the Knuspr platform during the specified period. Each purchase qualifies for one entry into the competition. Purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered. Participation is only possible via knuspr.de, other means of participation are excluded.

3. Prize & Winner Selection
There are a total of five exclusive and limited Red Bull Summer Edition Boxes to be won. The winners will be determined randomly from all eligible participants. The winners will be notified by email or phone. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, the prize will be awarded to another eligible person. Cash payment, exchange, or self-collection of the prize is not possible.

4. Data Transfer & Data Protection
For the delivery of the prize, the winners' name, address, and phone number will be forwarded to Red Bull Deutschland GmbH. This data will be used exclusively for prize processing and will not be passed on to third parties. After the competition has ended and the prize has been successfully delivered, the personal data will be deleted unless there is further consent for use. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy of Knuspr.de. Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR. Transfer to third parties only occurs to contractually bound processors such as agencies or platform providers.

5. Liability
All information is provided without guarantee. The parties assume no responsibility for data loss, technical defects, or delayed or damaged submissions due to network, hardware, or software problems. No liability is assumed for errors or printing mistakes, as well as for damages related to the provision and use of the prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for damages to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

6. Termination & Exclusion from the Competition
Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate or change the competition at any time without prior notice for technical or legal reasons. Participants attempting to influence the competition through manipulation (e.g., multiple entries or automated services) may be excluded.

7. Applicable Law & Final Provisions
German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original.
