Organizer & Participation
The competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de) in cooperation with Radeberger Gruppe KG, c/o GIB Gesellschaft für Importbiere und Bierspezialitäten mbH, Darmstädter Landstr. 185, 60598 Frankfurt am Main. Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, who are located in the current delivery areas of Knuspr (Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and surroundings). Only one participation per household is possible. Employees of Radeberger Gruppe KG, c/o GIB Gesellschaft für Importbiere und Bierspezialitäten mbH and Großer Kern GmbH as well as employees of affiliated companies according to §§ 15 ff AktG and the respective family members of the aforementioned employees are excluded from participation.

Competition Procedure
The competition takes place from 02.06.2025, 00:01 until 15.06.2025, 23:59 on knuspr.de. To participate, at least one product (20x 0.5l crate or 6-pack 6x0.5l Staropramen Lager) from Staropramen must be purchased in the Knuspr online shop or via the Knuspr app. Each purchase qualifies for one entry into the competition. Purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered. The subsequent exercise of the right of withdrawal excludes participation. Participation is only possible via knuspr.de, other participation methods are excluded.

Prize & Determination of the Winner
The prize is a Staropramen Pizza Oven from Everdure (Everdure KILN 2 Pizza Oven, Gas) worth over €1,000 and one of a total of three high-quality Staropramen Pizza Sets from Grillfürst, consisting of a pizza board, pizza stone, and pizza cutter. The winner is determined randomly among all eligible participants. The winner will be notified by email or phone.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days after being contacted, the prize will be awarded to another eligible participant. Cash payment, exchange, or self-collection of the prize is not possible.
The winner agrees to the transfer of their first and last name, address, phone number, and email address to Radeberger Gruppe KG, c/o GIB Gesellschaft für Importbiere und Bierspezialitäten mbH, Darmstädter Landstr. 185, 60598 Frankfurt am Main.
The transmitted data will only be used for prize processing and will be deleted after completion. The prizes are shipped by the service provider Schoepe Display GmbH (Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 19 15827 Blankenfelde-Mahlow) and under their responsibility.

Data Transfer & Data Protection
For the shipment of the prize, the winner's name, address, and phone number are forwarded to Schoepe Display GmbH in Blankenfeld-Mahlow . This data is used exclusively for prize processing and is not passed on to third parties. After the competition and successful prize delivery, the personal data will be deleted unless further consent for use is given. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy of Knuspr.de. The processing of the data mentioned in the preceding section 4 is carried out according to Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR for the execution of the promotion. This data is stored for the duration of the promotion and the fulfillment of commercial and tax retention periods within the framework of the statute of limitations. Data is not passed on to third parties, except for contractually bound processors such as agencies or platform providers.
