Terms and Conditions for Easter Competition

Organizer and Participation Requirements

The Easter competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich. Participation in the competition requires that at least two orders, each worth at least €100, are placed on knuspr.de within the promotional period from 19.03.2024, 00:00 to 30.03.2024, 23:59 in the delivery areas in the greater Munich or Frankfurt area.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Großer Kern GmbH in Munich and Frankfurt.

Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these terms and conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.

 

Competition Process

The competition runs from 19.03.2024, 00:00, to 30.03.2024, 23:59. To participate in the competition, two purchases worth at least €100 must be made on knuspr.de within this period. Participation occurs automatically after the second qualified purchase. Winners will be notified by email no later than 02.04.2024.

 

Prizes and Winner Notification

The following prizes will be awarded:

Prize 1: 1 x Dream trip to the Familienhotel Prokulus in Tyrol worth €1700

Prize 2: 5 x 250 credits for the online shop knuspr.de

Prize 3: 5 x Knuspr surprise box worth approximately €100

Winners will be determined by random selection. The winner notification will be sent by email no later than 02.04.2024. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.

 

Data Protection

No new data of the participants will be collected for the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

 

Applicable Law

Questions and complaints in connection with the competition should be directed to Großer Kern GmbH. The contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.knuspr.de/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies to gaps in these terms and conditions.
